Liquid Penetrant Examination:
 
Liquid Penetrant Inspection (classically employing nonferrous materials) exposes discontinuities that are open to the surface of the part. Integrated Quality Service’s in-line equipment is the most updated in the industry, providing constant reliable inspection to small and large commercial and aerospace components.
 
 
Magnetic Particle Examination:
 
For ferromagnetic components, Magnetic Particle Inspection will reveal abnormalities that are at or near the surface of the part. Equipment utilized at our facility offers efficient continuous peak volume consistency inspections, with adaptation for larger components using portable equipment for in-house of onsite examination.
 
 
Radiography Examination:
 
For welds or components of aluminum to steel, and nickel to titanium, Gamma and X-ray examinations are utilized for revealing internal discontinuities. Our state-of-the-art equipment has the capabilities of producing sharp, well-defined, high quality radiographs always within strict code compliance throughout the industry.
 
 
Visual Examination:
 
Every product requires the first step in examination through visual inspection. All our Certified Welding Inspectors are carefully documented and trained. Ultrasonic Examination:
 
Reliable, safe quality examination of weldments or aerospace applications constitutes Ultrasonic contact or Immersed Ultrasonic Inspection. This inspection offers internal inspection other than radiography for safety issues or complex aerospace components and ferrous / nonferrous fabrications. This methodology is a volumetric, real time inspection that detects internal corrosion or discontinuities in weldments and structures enabling cost effective, turnaround inspection.
 
 
Ground Penetrating Radar
 
In recent years, breakthroughs using ground-penetrating radar (GPR) have begun to make a significant impact in imaging reinforced concrete structures. No other nondestructive technique or technology can be used to provide rapid, accurate, high-resolution images into concrete when the backside of the concrete is inaccessible. Slabs poured on grade, backfilled tunnel walls, airport runways, roadways and parking lots. All these structures are easily imaged and surveyed with GPR when concerns and problems arise. This real-time NDE technique quickly locates the position and depth of post-tension cables, rebar, and electrical or fiber optic conduits embedded in concrete, eliminating dangers associated with cutting, drilling or coring and the high costs required for their repair if cut or damaged. In cases where the backside of concrete can be accessed, the considerable costs and hazards associated with using radiographic imaging to inspect concrete are eliminated. GPR imaging is the best technology in every situation. It saves time and money, and has no safety hazards associated with its use. Accurate target location within a concrete slab-on-grade, wall, or supported slab can be achieved more quickly, safely, and economically with GPR instead of other existing techniques. Because of these features, interruption of operations in commercial office buildings, at airports, or in hospitals can be eliminated or minimized.
